Mitra Precht

​Artist, Mitra Shafipour Precht has a degree in architecture and worked in all aspects of the field, from design to project management, for more than 40 years.

When she retired four years ago, she decided to focus on art, which was her passion from childhood. "I am always learning new techniques and strokes and am mostly self-taught, though I have taken some classes recently.
I love to capture nature and the beauty of flowers."

Whether creating with oils, watercolor or acrylic, her technique ranges from impressionism to abstract and she loves exploring texture in her paintings.
